Service Policy
Service Start:
Snow removal begins when snow accumulation reaches 1/8 inch, ensuring timely clearing even with lighter snowfalls.
Service Frequency:
​Daily visits are provided if snowfall spans multiple days to maintain clear walkways and driveways.
Areas Covered:
Our services include clearing sidewalks, driveways, and walkways based on the selected package.
Deicing/Salting:
Deicing and salting services are available at an additional cost of $2.50 per kilogram and are not included in the standard package.
Access Requirements:
Please ensure all areas needing snow removal are free of obstacles such as vehicles or outdoor items to allow for efficient service.
Severe Weather:
In cases of extreme weather, we will prioritize high-risk areas and resume regular service as soon as conditions allow.
Payment Terms:
Payments are due at the end of each month, with additional charges for deicing/salting included in your invoice.
Cancellation Policy:
A 2-week notice before the end of the month is required for any service cancellation or suspension to avoid charges for the following month.
